Browse our selection of gorgeous blooms and select precisely what you need for your wedding or event. Effortlessly add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Choose between convenient pick-up or delivery options, and that’s it!
Please remember, all orders must be placed at least four weeks prior to your wedding or event date to ensure availability and quality.
Delivery and Pickup
At checkout, you can choose to either pick up your flowers or have them delivered to your selected venue.
You may collect your arrangements at our Reno shop without any additional cost.
We recommend picking up on the day of your event to ensure the freshest blooms possible.
We offer delivery services to Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas.
Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday, and we do not provide pickup or delivery on Sundays and Mondays.
Delivery fees are based on exact mileage to your location.
Each delivery includes one drop-off location.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Changes
If you need to cancel, you may do so up to four weeks before your event.
All refunds will incur a 25% change order fee.
No refunds will be processed after this deadline.
Changes, including delivery location, delivery time, or pickup details, must be made at least two weeks before your event.
Customization Options
We offer a carefully curated selection of arrangements based on their popularity to streamline your experience.
While we do not provide modifications to these arrangements, we are confident that you will adore our seasonal blooms.

Ordering
When should I place my A La Carte Order?
You can place your order anytime up until 4 weeks before your wedding date!
Are you available on “X” date?
Most likely yes! We take A La Carte orders Tuesday-Saturday.
Can I place my order for a Sunday or Monday?
Unfortunately, no. If you have a Sunday or Monday wedding, we recommend picking up the Saturday before.
Can I pick up my order a day before my wedding?
Yes! We ALWAYS recommend picking up/delivering the day of for maximum freshness. However, we understand that is not always possible. If you need your florals early, we recommend keeping them in a cool place away from any direct heat source. DO NOT put in a fridge unless it is at 40 degrees. Make sure to replenish the water daily.
Can I add to my order?
Yes, you may place as many orders as you need as long as it is before our 4 week deadline.
Customizations
Can I customize my A La Carte Order?
To maintain a streamlined and cost-effective process, we do not offer extensive customizations.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
No, and that's perfectly fine! Flowers are inherently unique and their appearance can vary with the seasons. Rest assured that your bouquet will be specially crafted for you, ensuring it won't look identical to others in the same collection. We will strive to incorporate distinctive elements based on our available stock that week, making your florals truly special. Please note that certain flowers, such as peonies, may not be available year-round, but if they are in season, we will certainly include them!

What if I don’t want a big bouquet?
Many brides opt for the charming or delicate bouquet for a more understated option.
What do you recommend for an arbor?
We offer some great options! Our focal structures and/or floral garland can beautifully complement your arbor.
Attaching the garland is easy—just use zip ties!
The same applies to the focal structure; order as many as needed to achieve your desired fullness, and secure them with zip ties.
Can I mix and match collections?
Absolutely!
Bulk Flowers
Do you provide bulk flowers?
Yes, we offer bulk flower options! Each collection includes a bulk bucket featuring a specific number of stems from the collection's color palette. Simply choose the number of buckets you need to accommodate your event.
Menu Availability
I can't find “X” on the menu; is it available?
We aim to keep our menu straightforward without overwhelming options. The items available online are what we currently offer. We welcome suggestions, and if enough demand arises for a specific item, we may consider adding it.
Cancellations and Changes
Can I cancel my A La Carte order?
You may cancel your order up to 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Do you offer refunds?
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 4 weeks in advance. Please note that a $25 change order fee will apply. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after the 4-week deadline.

Yes, changes can be made up to 4 weeks before your wedding date. A $25 change order fee will apply for each request to modify your order.
Can I change my pick-up/delivery time or location?
Yes, changes to your pick-up or delivery time, date, or location can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Changes requested after this period will not be permitted.
